I love publishing short story collections, as they're dear to my heart,
but I'd like to hear suggestions from you all about which authors
you think needs to be published, for whatever reason aren't, currently. |

I'd say some combination of the following:
David Niall Wilson
Aaron Rosenberg
Steven Savile
They've been doing some interesting things over at Crossroad Press, including several short stories/novellas. It'd be very cool to see those and others collected. | |
